Information about our customers is vital to maintaining a good relationship with them and, at the same time, helping them grow their business. Obtaining real-time data, potential and qualified opportunities or the performance of accounts can improve decision making and define actions to be taken.
In this context, Customer 360 is proposed as the solution that encompasses a series of SAP products to improve the customer experience. Thus, we can have all the relevant data of our customers at a glance and in an agile way. Knowing aspects such as the state of their profitability, the level of service or the outstanding debt are some of the advantages of this solution.
What are the advantages of the Customer 360 functionality?

- It brings together in a single point all the channels of communication and collection of customer information.
- It allows complex data management with native HANA applications.
How does it work?
First of all, we must locate the client using the powerful search mechanisms ('Enterprise search' or by searching on the 'Business partners' screen); once located, we deploy the 'Other possibilities' button and choose the '360º client view' option.
From here, we will have access to a panel in which, by default, we will be shown basic customer data and key indicators, including trends in some of them, sales rankings by products and even temporary graphs showing, for example, the age of the debt (see image).
The information visible on the panel is structured into four main areas:
- General: sales and global profitability and business potential according to CRM.
- Turnover: annual sales data, profitability and product ranking.
- Order fulfilment: punctuality rate, returns, pending deliveries.
- Debtors: risk situation and age of the debt.
By this fast and simple functionality, we will be able to have a more global and centralized vision of the client, taking data of the different areas of SAP Business One oriented to customer service.
In addition, the design of this panel is fully customizable, so we can configure the information sample according to our interests and / or preferences.
